Reminders:

• All BOTB markets are outdoor events unless otherwise specified. Rain or shine. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, power, and any other necessary setup equipment.

• Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Vendors are not fully confirmed until all steps outlined in the confirmation instructions are completed.

Food & Beverage Vendors:
All food preparation, pre-packaged food, and beverage vendors must carefully review the confirmation instructions regarding permits, health department requirements, and submission deadlines. Permit requirements and due dates vary by city, and it is your responsibility to ensure compliance by the stated deadlines.
